Responsible for some of the UK’s most talked about television brands, Tony Wood was producer on scripted hits including ‘Coronation Street’. He is perhaps best known for being co creator of the British structured reality mega hit ‘The Only Way is Essex’.

Tony is one of the UK’s leading television professionals, responsible for more than 5000 hours of programmes. His work has topped the audience ratings on their networks, sold globally and won more than 100 awards. A former Head of Continuing Series for ITV network, Tony has gone on to produce the UK’s leading soap opera Coronation Street and as Creative Director of Lime Pictures, he executive produced Hollyoaks and co-created the ground breaking reality drama series The Only Way is Essex - the most talked about show in Britain. Tony was the driving force behind Nickelodeon’s global children’s phenomenon House of Anubis and he co-developed and executive produced Channel 4’s multi-award winning comedy success, Fresh Meat.

Before joining Buccaneer, Nadia was a freelance Line Producer working in-house at the BBC, ITV and many independent companies such as Red Production Company, Lime Pictures, Left Bank Pictures, Princess Productions, Good Night Vienna and Revolution Films.
Nadia’s production credits include The Red Riding Trilogy, Hollyoaks Later, All At Sea, Peter Kay’s Car Share and Snodgrass.
She has worked across a variety of genres from drama, comedy, children’s drama and structured reality.
Head of Business Affairs
Indy has many years' experience in the full spectrum of business and commercial affairs at TV production companies, broadcasters, distributors and financiers including the BBC, ITV and Disney. Shows he has played a key part in bringing to audiences include Quirke, The Musketeers, The Hollow Crown, Law and Order UK and Upstart Crow.
Executive Producer, Scripted
Before joining Buccaneer, Andrea was at Company Pictures where most recently she produced London Irish, a comedy series for Channel 4. Prior to that she produced series two of Beaver Falls, a comedy drama for E4, having script edited the first series.
Before joining Company Pictures, Andrea was the Script Editor and later Story Editor on BBC 1's long running drama series, Waterloo Road. Andrea has previously worked in development for the BBC, Company Pictures, Shed Media and Lime Pictures.
Executive Producer, Scripted
Nicola Larder joined team Buccaneer by pitching Marcella to Tony Wood as an 8 part series penned by Scandi-noir writer, Hans Rosenfeldt. Marcella will be Hans' first show in the UK. Before joining Buccaneer, Nicola has enjoyed success creating original formats including Mr Eleven for ITV1 and has produced major series, Casualty and Waterloo Road for BBC1. She's also worked as an In-house Executive for Sky Atlantic's The Tunnel and Sky Living's Dracula. Nicola loves getting to tell stories for a living.
After directing plays on the fringe in Paris and London, Matt assisted the RSC's Artistic Director for a short while. He went on to read scripts for Film 4 and Miramax, before joining the C4 editorial team. He was then based in Manchester at Granada; moving across to Lime Pictures in Liverpool, scouting writers for Hollyoaks, and working with Tony Wood and Jeanette Winterson on Ingenious for BBC. He became Development Producer for DFF - a multi platform partnership between Lime, BBC and C4.
Matt joined Buccaneer in 2013, helping develop a diverse slate from a range of writers.
Head of Unscripted
Prior to joining Buccaneer Media, Denis was Creative Director of Celebrity Big Brother, Big Brother and Big Brother's Bit on the Side. As well as managing the flagship franchise and driving the creative vision for the brand he also developed and executive produced programming for Endemol Shine. Including documentaries White Dee: What's the Fuss About? (Channel 5) and Jim Davidson: At Least I'm Not Boring (Channel 5).

Before joining Buccaneer in November 2013, Katie worked for Company Pictures as part of the in-house production team, working across all of their productions.
